Carbs and fats split

What is the main purpose for splitting your fats and carbs up throughout your daily meals ? I’ve read so many different ideas and research on the subject, but everything is contradictory. I usually do 1st meal protein and fats 2nd carb and protein etc etc
 
Storage capacity, utilization and replenishment is the best way I can sum it up if I am following what you are saying. Nutrient timing can play an important part to create or support a hormonal response.

The body can store almost an unlimited amount of fat, about 500g of carbs, and virtually zero proteins.

Once again your vast possession of knowledge has taught me something i didnt know about how much the body can store daily. You are the Yoda of UGM just much more handsome 😉
 
I read the rules and almost every forum has a minimum of posts you must post in order to gain a mustard seed of trust . I have not been asked to search other posts in regards to my questions so far . Thank you very much.
 
These guys are all here to help, not having you try to dig up your answer a million different ways… always right to the point… sometimes jokingly, but always the answer you need!
 
Thanks @MBTJR1980. Trust me when I say I have a lot more useless information in this razor sharp mechanical mind than I do useful. UGM is a community of beliefs and experiences. Each and everyone of us have something to give and something to learn. I really wish there were places like this decades ago because if there were I would have a Sandow! LMAO
