Coronavirus-Thoughts?

Looks like I’ve got got. They could have waited a day for shutdown and closing of gym till after leg day
 
Do single leg squats. I challenge you. If you can do that for reps. Your god. If you can do it no weight. Pick up a couple dumbells. I can’t do shit on singles. So my goal is single leg squats with 65 pound dumbells
 
I do work in lumber yard so at least I lift shit all day but they won’t let me use 6x6 and lift as squat vat and rack
 
Gym is still open going to hit. A few sets of squats before it’s locked down tomorrow
 
I posted an article with home workouts in the flash homeworkout contest. It’s a podcast by Barbend. Some good ideas in there.
 
Was able to get in this morning. Manager told me me they may make till 5 pm tonight then total shit down so I will at least get full leg day
