Keeping it healthy. I did have a doughnut and coffee for breakfast. My little cheat. Then eggs and sausage for 2nd breakfast. Now making these sweet morsels for a healthy dinner
Nice @Rusty. I’m havin my family over it’s my moms bday n she didn’t want to go out to eat so we’re havin it here, which for me, is no less then 11 adults, and I have 7 nieces and 2 nephews so it’s a madhouse, but I’d rather host then go somewhere.
I got burgers and brats for later, and impossible burgers and brats for my wife, she’s switching to 100% plant based… that means next weekend when I smoke this brisket, I’ll be the only one eating it!
@Rusty. I have tried some of the food, it’s not bad, I’ll eat it… but you know as well as I do, we live in the Midwest, the 5 food groups are made up of Beef, Pork, Poultry, fish and Game, hahaha. Plus, not sure a plant based brisket would even come close to the real thing
