Okay I’ve dropped like 57 lbs doing almost the same thing everyday I wake up workout will go to work and then work like 3 hours and I feel really great and energetic then I start to get pretty lethargic or week at around lunch time and I eat some fat free turkey meat or protein shake and and after I get off work I’ll eat a couple of meals over the course of a couple hours maybe turkey breast or tilapia with a bunch of vegetables and I’ve been doing fine that but the last couple days I have been getting week at work and everyone says I look ill they do know I’m dieting and think I need to go eat so the only thing that I’ve added to my cycle is Tren and Winstrol that may have something to do with it do I need to pump up my calories any suggestions are needed I’m going to try tonight to take a big Shake of oatmeal and protein powder in it and maybe the extra carbs although there good carbs will help me instead of just fasting
Just my personal opinion based on what I’ve experienced this past year. Cut all carbs and start going in carnivore diet and don’t worry so much about calories. Just keep your fats good for energy with Bacon or steak fat. Eat till full. You’ll still lose fat off your body.
Also I’m not a fan of IF on a normal schedule. I am a fan of it on mixed times to keep your body guessing. I use an app to manage that and keep my workouts around times I’m eating. So a bit of a shift there.
But here’s my schedule now. Green areas I’m fasting.
Thats smart…you gave me an idea.!!! Maybe the 3 or 4 hour period at work that im having the most trouble i can avoid my fasting kinda like you do it in a way not to mess up your workout. Also maybe i can workout right after work during that time im already not fasting. Thank you trengod. Great name
if you need a spike before work or a workout eat a carb up meal like PB and bananas or almonds. I did anabolic fasting for a while which is a cory gregory spin off of IF… I remember having trouble getting used to being hungry a lot but timing is everything. I definitely leaned up during it but had come off of gear for that 2 months like an idiot and felt like I took too many steps back
Ok…paramexer…gonna try time this better and it seemed like just eating some meat did not bring my suger back. Im gonna try oatmeal mixed with protein an hour or so before those times i know i get in that truble. Thanks
