Hey everyone hope y’all are having a blessed Sunday, training and recovering! Just wanted to give a little bit of an update on my first cycle (ending week 3) of Test C and Tbol. Doing 400mgs of test, Monday’s and thursdays. started with 50mgs of Tbol daily (one tab am and pm) first two weeks but upped to 75mgs daily sticking to that. My source told me go straight to 100mgs but I thought screw that let me see how 50mgs feels haha. Overall I’m definitely more aggressive, No acne, noticed shrinkage, I feel like my nipples are a tiny tiny bit puffy but not sensitive or anything. Taking nolva daily got AI on hand.
Been a great experience, There’s some goods and bads. Ive definitely felt strength increase, Lifting endurance Is through the roof, and started feeling a lot fuller after week 2, but tbh my libido has kinda sucked, hit or miss, some days it’s through the roof, other days I have 0 sex drive.
Mon - Tri’s / Bi’s
Tues - Chest / Back
Wed - legs / shoulders
And Repeat Thursday - Saturday, Sunday off.
My Starting weight of cycle was 180, keep in mind I’ve been cutting, From 192, goal weight probably 165 / 170, But idk if that’s even possible anymore???
I’m 5”7. Weight fluctuates between 179 and 181. My maintenance is about 2800 - 3000, I’ve been in a deficit hitting 2000 cals like clockwork, 200 grams protein daily, usually 100 - 150 gs carbs, just low fat. 1 gal + of water daily. Well the weight scale stopped dropping since beginning of cycle 3 weeks ago even tho I can see myself getting leaner, doing cardio 5-6x a week, so I’ve been like what the f**k. Thinking can I really be gaining mass already? And losing body fat? Keeping the weight scale stagnant? Actually wanted to ask you guys about it until I measured myself last night…
The good news - compared my end of 3rd week body measurements Despite cutting to before cycle and holy SH$T.

- the bad, my lower backs been killing me all cycle, I started incorporating deadlifts Into my routine a few weeks before my cycle trying to get in the groove again to make some big gains on cycle, haven’t deadlifted since college bc of back pain, dead’s have just always killed my back, This time I tried really hard to have good form, I squat 2x a week no probs. So that sucks, ice my lower back every night, It’s just an annoying pressure vs not sharp pain, AND first week of cycle tweaked my shoulder jumping right into flat dumbbell bench. I’ve rehabbed my shoulder back, This week should be back to benching, just incorporating more warming up and stretching helped a ton. So been laying off the heavy lifting focusing more on volume, Which SUCKS, but don’t get me wrong still been training like an animal. Getting some awesome workouts and pumps regardless.

- Arms grew about 3/4’s inch
- calves grew 1/2 inch
- delt to delt width 1inch
- lat / chest width 2 inches.
