Looking to get an at home lab test. First time doing this so I’m looking for recommendations and any info I can get. Just starting this journey and wanting to do it right

Dave palumbo is probably the best one. The name skips me at the moment. But none are really truly accurate. We have really good sources here that a lot of senior guys have tested.

I don’t think you need to do at home labs at first. You need an entire picture of your health. Go to privatemdlabs.com and order a full hormone panel.

I’m sure there’s some others that other will suggest.

The at home kits are decent for spot checking. But you said you want to do this with health as a priority. It’s not going to be cheap but everyone here will tell you they wish they made this choice before they started.

Let get checked dot com is an at home service.

I emailed their support and they use the cheaper less accurate testing methods unfortunately.

Use labcorp if at all possible as they do have the more accurate sensitive tests available.

Agreed. You’re right at the big 4-oh so keeping a close eye on your health markers is paramount…enhanced or not.
