Getting back into the groove

Heys guys been awhile been really busy since covid. Got a new job thats had me working nights with 1500 hrs overtime and just built a house in this horrible economy. Thats why i have to work so much. Been on this shift for 2 years and just got back on days , where i have more freedom to do things for me. Ive been out the gym for about a yr and a half and getting back into it the best i can. Still will be working a lot but will be getting up at 4 and trying to find a way to balance it in. Hope all is well and looking forward to catching up!
 
Maybe trim your training down to 2-3 days a week with no regard to days of the week…train when you can… take days off as needed.

You can get a great session in a short amount of time. I’m talking in and out 45 minutes tops.
