GH and IGF-1 Level Testing Question

How long should someone wait after starting 1.5IU x 5 days a week before blood testing IGF-1 levels?
Is two months enough time?

Also plan on running a Growth Hormone Test Kit from Roidtest to verify this sponsors product.

So this is all I could find I couldn’t remember if the igf1 test had to be timed somehow but it seems that you just have to avoid biotin

Generally, none, unless instructed to fast; patients taking high doses of biotin should be cautioned to stop 72 hours before testing as it may cause test interference

Special Instructions

This test may exhibit interference when sample is collected from a person who is consuming a supplement with a high dose of biotin (also termed as vitamin B7 or B8, vitamin H, or coenzyme R). It is recommended to ask all patients who may be indicated for this test about biotin supplementation. Patients should be cautioned to stop biotin consumption at least 72 hours prior to testing.
