Hello, new member recovering from injury

Hi,

Im recovering from an elbow fracture surgery, bone has healed, cartilage has not, I have some osteoarthrtits but no pain.

According to my dr I have to do some light weight excercises that involve my elbow to prevent further damage and maybe help with the healing process.

So I will focus on my other lifts (legs, abs, shoulders, isometric holds) I want to try hgh for a few months at first and include npp, test prop, var some months later.

So I joined the forum to learn about training around injuries and if using some compounds would help with my recovery or at least to see if its feasible to continue training without destryoing my joint.

I know there are some solid peptides for injury recovery. I forget the names (t something and bpc or bcp haha someone will chime in) and I haven’t used them, but know a lot do.

Tb-500 and others but peps are very unreliable in quality. If you research how much tb-500 it actually takes to get benefits you might as well buy real pharma grade hgh and get your money’s worth for sure

thanks for the reply, I was reading about how it is likely that nandrolone temporarily increases the density of the joint components (forgot if it was the cartilage but probably), thats why I would like to include npp and var to my next cycle.

I dont want to try peptides but I will read into that too thanks for the suggestion! I will try the black tops hgh, Im concerned about joint pain from that, and also if aromatase inhibitors will reduce the density of my bones and give me “dry joints”… I will probably do a 300 mg test prop/ 300 mg npp and 80 mg var in a couple of months after I get my hgh

I tore my right bicep the first thing i wanted to use was tb-500. A src told me peps are expensive and you have to find the real thing when most are research grade.
I then thought about hgh to much money still so after I was healed enough I ran test e ,npp , var. The var and npp have great collagen synthesis. So this is what I choose. Don’t get at it to fast let it heal completely then get your diet and training correct then move into running gear.
 
What is your cycle experience?
How many cycles have you run and what were the compounds used?

I would really like to help you get the best out of this cycle
 
Wow thanks. I’m 30 years old. First cycle was a crappy anavar only cycle 60 mg but it wasnt under dosed (teamsuperman) I got decent gains that was in 2015. A few months afterwards I did a test e / masteron cycle which was awesome.

Last year I did a tren a/ test prop/ winstrol cycle that I liked because I didn’t have a lot of sides (selegiline) but my gains were not what I was hoping probably bc i wasn’t eating enough. I took aromasin through out the cycle and on pct which I think contributed to my fracture because I had a minor fall on ice and it was a very nasty fracture, my bones were probably weak from too low e too long

Now I want to try npp. To avoid Deca dick I would normally think winstrol but because of my joint i will either try masteron or proviron. Anavar was fun to use too so maybe that’s an option. A low dose test prop because I never want to use aromasin again. But I will do hgh for the first and last 2.5 months. Have been reading about the black tops and they sound great.
