How do you do cardio

Is hard for me to do my cardio on a piece of stationary equipment, the treadmill is tedious for me, the elliptical puts too much stress in my quads…i need space to move; so i jog around the block; little short steps maintaining the right fat burning intensity , doing mostly calves extensions which i love…but what i specially love about it is the zone i get in: deep meditation and reflection and mainly good, good prayer. HOW DO YOU DO CARDIO ?

on machines…i like to see solid calories…change rrsistanta to tone and even raise it to help build a little…i use elliptical…crossramp…and soon stair master. use to be able to do that for 90 minutes…looking to get ton that point soon…because of my injuries i can do running or walking in a sense on hard surfaces less my weight get below a ceryain point then i can walk for hrs…thay was then dont know about now we will see. but. great for enduranceand ofcourse shredding. its deffinitely help me drop weight when i stick wih it…the row machime is also awesome…i tried it once it kicked my ass so i left it alone…but i am watching it…i am going to tough it out with that machine soon enough. but they are awesome for giving that extra edge and resistances that really helps to make it possible to actually make that a work out session. after you are dome doing a nice glutal mode on the cross ramp with hingh and low resistance and inclines fir an hr…u wont be doing a weight work out after that…trust! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I have to force myself to do cardio. It’s not much but I do the stair climber 3 times a week for 20 min after a training session. My wife also makes me go on brisk walks with her. Usually a few miles at a time.

to me cardio sucks .on certain days I just do more reps 40to 50 get my heart rate up .I stay clean and trim all year round and I find cardio boring
