Imagine just like HOA fitness neighborhoods / cities, Would you live there?

So I’ve always been big into business and entrepreneurship. Along time ago when I was trying to think of a startup I thought. DUDE what if I created full board fitness Cities. Just Like HOA maybe a gated community / city. Quick clearance check, pay a premium to live there and BOOM. Everything AND everyone are fitness junkies. Fitness grocery store, gas station, badass gyms. Parks, bars, bowling alleys. Private Schools more emphasized on health and entrepreneurship.

Let’s say you charged every applicant $100 a month maybe 200. You think people would do it?? For the community sense. I mean people fucking love Herbalife? lol.

I would think people would you know how hard it is to find healthy stuff at stores sometimes and I especially now finding ways to exercise the question to me would be would they keep interest i for one don’t like HOA and will never live anywhere I am told what to do with the stuff I pay for even though that is funny cause the govt does this to us all the time
