Introduction post, couple new to enhanced lifting

Hey everyone!
WOW, what a forum and a resource!!!
So excited to join this community.
I’ll try to keep it short.
My wife and I have been following EXCELLENT programming for around 2 years now, our diet is dialed in, and sleep / stress / other lifestyle areas are on point.
We’ve decided to explore the world of AAS, after having extensive blood work and panels done and because of living in a rural area with NO professionals available in terms or fictional medicine, endocrine specialists, etc.

REALLY excited to see Alpha North Labs as a sponsor, they have been our source here for our first cycle and I’m happy to say their customer service has been exceptional.

My total T is 12.1 or 349 and I’m testing out how I respond to 200mg/week of test-cyp.

Wife is trying 5mg/week of VAR.

So far so good.

Really excited to meet everyone and hear some fellow clients of Alpha North who may have used them for a while do some ranting 😊

How old?

Training type…PL/BB/XFIT… fighting the aging process?
 
Forgive me. I didn’t ask about wifey… same questions for her.

There are some qualified to answer questions about female enhancement. I am not. That’s way out of my wheelhouse.

I can tell you that I was one of the ones that didn’t respond well to var. at 220lbs… 10mg made me feel extremely toxic and “not good”.

Thanks for getting back so quick.

I’m 39, 6 foot one, 230 pounds and roughly 20% body fat. Definitely like to train more in the bodybuilding sphere, I’ve been a huge mindpump fan for many years and follow the maps fitness programs exclusively. I recently switched from a split routine to their performance program, which is more around mobility and athleticism, Very difficult for me as I really like to see numbers on the bar, but this one is all about range of motion, mobility, you know, really trying to get the body to maximize its potential when going back to a bodybuilding-based program.

I am in week one of the test cycle and wife is in week one of her Anivar cycle as well. She is 40, 5 foot nine, 160 pounds and roughly 30% body fat. Her workout program has been more of the circuit training style shit but I have now convinced her to go more in a strength training capacity, and so far, the results have been fast and as I have expected them to be.

Definitely like to live in the bodybuilding category, but realize the benefit of stepping outside of that comfort zone often times to change things up and keep it novel.
 
39… you’re no youngster. Haha

Are you dosing twice a week? You’ll get a better benefit from twice a week…100mgs cyp every 3 days or monday and thursday. Steadier hormone level. Of course more pinning. I’m way over pinning myself… but I still dose cyp and glutathione every 3-4 days.
 
If you’ll search with the magnifying glass up top…you’ll find lots of prior threads on trt and some of the ancillary stuff that goes along with harm reduction.

You’ll also find stuff for your wife and anavar.

Please don’t let that stop you from asking questions though. No bullying or judging here… ask anything but where to get steroids.
