Hey so got some bad new today im 46 years old . So my trt dr said he cant go any further with me on my trt do high PSA levels. So back in April 2019 went on my trt my psa was 2.8 did a blast in june of 2019 of
Test C 500 mg week
EQ 300 mg week for 6 weeks
Tren A 100 300 mg week for 6 for 6 week
Came off and went back 210 mg week
Did a recheck on my cbc level red blood high so i donated blood .
Stayed on same dosage of 210mg
November recheck all blood levels slightly high red blood and psa was high 3.8 . I donated blood again and dr dosed me to 130 mg week of test c and rechecked my levels again last week called me today and told me he had to take me off because of my PSA level hadn’t dropped being on the low dosage and i had to have clearance from my primary physician if i wanted to continue. And of course my primary physician doesn’t approve or agree with my trt dr. But its its kinda funny all in the same time he goes "well i can wright you the script for this one last time "but your need you primary care physician to give you clearance.

1 So is there anyone else whos had issues on psa being high .
2 is there anything to take to lower them

My friend had psa of around 6. His is under 1 now. I think it improved after he took a few months off AAS. His doses were very high when it was 6.

I take saw palmetto every day. Zinc and Lycopene. I have low PSA but is it because of my supplements? IDK. But all 3 of these are good for prostate.

I take Ultaman. It’s a prostate support formula. It has Saw Palmetto and a while list of other stuff. It works for me. And I think it’s about $20/month on Amazon.
