Good morning,
Didn’t sleep well so I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill until I was bored. Then trained arms so I didn’t feel like I was just wasting time lol.

Meal plan for the week
Oats soaked in buttermilk with raisins and egg whites.
Protein shake with a banana
Yogurt with 2 pieces of sourdough and peanut butter.
Beef, broccoli and rice
Grilled Chicken with baby potatoes
 
In line paying taxes on car probably do light arm work and squats today
