Chicken/Spinach/3 eggs/cauliflower/sunflower seeds/cherry tomatoes and a bit of low fat cheese and no fat ranch. I think thatās about it. About 800 calories (sunflower seeds are killer ) Iām prepping my body for my Tren cycle. Low carbs little/no night sweats. Or so Iām told. Iād like to start a āWhat Iām eating pageā so people can get the idea of what a body/mass/cutting diet looks like. Maybe in the title mass diet. Or cutting diet. I feel thereās a lot out there that thing all meals and goals are equal. Anyways. Why Iāve been posting shots. And fuck yeah this is good. Brown rice baked chicken and eggs suck balls.
