So where do we go from here btc is currency but if a judge says you can’t be convicted on laundering digital currency where do you think this can lead.
I believe that the Internet will be like the wild west for a long time. It won’t be lawless but alot of things are basically impossible to really prosecute. Then there is the jurisdiction of where to prosecute. We all know about silk road and how the usa feds jumped on that but if dread pirate roberts wasn’t in the states would they ever have been able to really shut it down.
I would like to hear some opinions about this topic.
