More than normal PiP

Anyone have any suggestions for Pip after stanzonal injection? Doesn’t seem to matter what I do, it is super painful for 24-48hrs.

It’s water. I’ve tried adding NPP or primo with it thinking the oil would help, nope!

I’ve never used injectable Winny, but know many who have and all of them have told me it’s terrible. Honestly, I never even liked taking the tabs.
