My BP TODAY LEFT AND RIGHT ARM

I check my BP often on both arms. My mogged up arm (right) is always higher.

Took the right twice because it was a little high first time.

What’s mogged up about it? And ppl usually have variance between arms.

Tore bicep off elbow side and opted out of reattachment.

Lost a little strength but not much. It’s just a little baby bi now.

I was reading and article that says that guys with bigger arms need bigger blood pressure cuffs or they don’t get accurate results. @NeuroRN any truth to this?

Absolutely. 100% true. Facts. You can manipulate BP pretty easily by having a cuff too small or too big.

I have to have “the big person” cuff. The machines at the grocery store will give a critical reading Bc the cuff is too small. @JLee

Happens to me at red cross if they’re using my left arm and my arms aren’t all that big.
