NapsGear issue resolved crashed gear and resolution in process

A little while back, I got some crashed gear from naps. After their customer service told me to reheat it, and we went back and forth for almost 10 days. They finally made it right. I got my replacement list today… was supposed to be 6 mast Prop. Replacing the mast prop that was crashed and avoiding the whole batch.

They sent me test Prop. This issue is no longer resolved. Naps has been a pain in the ass to deal with in this whole ordeal.

[image] Received a pack from naps today. On the left is a clear vial. Middle is slightly hazy. Right is totally hazy and completely crashed. I reached out to support and they told me to heat up the crashed vial to uncrystalize it. I don’t know about y’all, but I expect gear in working order from a sponsor. Crashed gear is unacceptable, and they seem to think oh whoops, it crashed. My bad. Another sponsor bites the dust for me. Bye naps.

This is very disappointing SMH I tried to help you @jasonhill800
 
I’m actually on the verge of pulling the trigger with Naps for the first time this weekend. They have Bayer Proviron that I think is worth while. Are they generally pretty solid? Is this an isolated issue in an otherwise good sponsor?
 
I just wish the place I currently use would get their stock refilled so I can just one stop shop. I’ll take your advice and talk to the rep. Thanks
