Napsgear website down?

What’s wrong with the napsgear website? Trying to see th staus , doesn’t let me open the left box icon with lines on the left top corner, also the shopping cart symbol is not there?

Does it let you click on the account info? It looks fine but far as logging in and checking your info on an order.

Yes clicking on the link…Let’s me scroll as a guest .As soon as I log in keeps me from tapping on icons to check my account but does let me browse Items…Tried on my girls phone also same thing.Like as soon as I log in ,it prevent me from viewing my payment?

@jasonhill800 thanks for replying back to me. Customer service did reach out to me and fixed the issue. Guess they reset something, I tried again and was able to login and see my account again and the status of my order:+1:
