Need some tips and good info

Hi guys, this is my first time posting here. I am a 30 year old male weighing around 95kg (209lb) and around 184cm tall (6.03 feet). My fat percentage i say is around 15-25 not sure were, don’t have a lot of fat but started a clean diet in the hope to cut. I am muscular as i lift heavy and daily but need to shred a bit. I would love a cycle but have no idea were to look or start. Do you guys have any tips? By the way i have no health issues or injuries and really active. In 2 months will be my last day at work and starting full time as a Personal Training and Fitness Coach.
 
Welcome aboard, there’s a ton of great info about first cycles here! I’m glad to see a lot of our new members like you wanting to put in the leg work and do your research! 1st step is bloodwork, to know where you stand, a good first cycle is 500mg test only, so do all the research you can on testosterone, research your diet/nutritional needs, and you’ll need a pct. Ask a lot of questions, we’re all here to help.
 
Welcome aboard. 15-25%? That quite a bit of range there. Now. If it’s the latter (25%) I would say you got to get your diet on point first. AAS isn’t going to make that disappear. Now if your at 15%. Then a bit of diet change and supplement with some AAS will make a difference. Go to categories. Look up sponsors. Ask there for some help.
