Hey brothers I’ve been slacking a little with my activity, I’ve been dropping in everyday and just reading through some
Post maybe dropping likes but I’m still here I’ve just had my head down and working, and training hard and I got my routine pretty solid now. I hired a coach to do my diet and training and my gear just for 3 months to see how I like having a coach it’s purely experimental. ALSO my gym is closed this week from Thursday-Sunday and I’ve been thinking about switching to another gym near me for a while and they did a promotion where if you bring your key tag from another gym then you get to workout for free and I went Thursday and fell in love they have a ton of custom and brand new equipment and hundred of bars, chains, belt squat, like anything you can think of, everything is super nice and it was like being a kid in a you store lmao needless to say I signed up to the new gym and I’m ready to put it to good work and make some gains, hope you guys are doing well and hitting hard!
