Got to stress the Tri. It’s basically the only pressing movement I’ve still been doing since shoulder injury. I know it form is going when i feel the shoulder
 
Mine is feeling better I don’t notice it anymore but I’m staying the course and not going to push it rather take longer than needed for recovery reinsure

I love JM presses, but my elbows do not. Tate Press is a nice substitute when the elbows are inflamed
 
I was doing those the other week just cause it gets difficult hitting the tris and keeping it fresh without having my should getting in a position that wasn’t comfortable
 
Interesting lift! Have to see how well my elbows hold up to that… As an athlete might be a bit rough on mobility.
