Just got back from quarterly checkup with doc.
He supports me taking your supplements.
@Neuro My a1c was exactly as last time. That’s not terrible beings my ozempic was cut in half several weeks ago.
Lipids are way up… doc theorized that it’s not my diet but probably due to decreased liver function.
