So after my leg workouts I get to eat 250g of cereal. Sugary cereal. I do 3.6iu Genotroprin with 6iu nolvalog. Leg days are my high day menu. Tonight I ate a whole box of Kelloggs Krave. Damn it’s so good. Now I shall pass out lol
I eat about4 serving of cereal a day haha. Skipped the past two days and leaned out immediately. Back up to 6000 calories a day May start pushing more.
My go to cereal PWO. Honey Grahams or frosted mini wheats. But I use milk. I’m a farm boy at heart. Gotta have my milk. Unfortunately the wife only gets 2%. . Hell. I’d use half and half if she let me.
