Question about blues and reconstitution

I know that hgh is a very volatile and easily degradable compound, especially when reconstituted, so I was wondering how the blues could be shipped reconstituted.

If you’re asking about the oneq blue that comes as liquid its actually made that way so that it doesn’t need reconstitution and is protected by the liquid it comes in but its still susceptible to temp and certain conditions
