Questions on PCT for week duration

I’m starting my pct this week and it will be 4wk long taking nolvadex and clomid.
Nolva40/40/20/20
Clomid100/100/50/50
I will split clomid and nolvadex taking one in the morning and one at night.
Tapering down as the weeks progress. my only question is the duration of the week for taking them is this based on a five day or seven day week?
 
I would take 50mg clomiphene and 20mg nolvadex 2x a day first 2wks
100mgs of clomiphene can give you serious side effects and effect your vision.
Second 2 wks I would still do the same thing split your doses mourn and night 25mg clomiphene and 10mg nolvadex.

Less side effects better blood levels
 
So nolva is 40/40/10/10
clomid is 50/50/25/25
With my nolva being capsules don’t think I can reduce it to 10…Do I take one nolva in morning and one at night the first two weeks? @Bigmurph
 
No you have it correct 100/40 2wks then 50/20 for 2wks

Just split the doses each day because 40mg of nolvadex or 100mgs of clomiphene is alot so just split the 100 and 40 into 2 doses per day.
You were planning on taking clomiphene in the morning and nolvadex at night you should actually take half the dose of each twice a day

Since you have capsules take 20mg of nolvadex at a time but try to split the amount 2x a day
