I watch rich and Seth and that’s probably about it. I’ve been looking at rich’s cycle from 2016 and using that as a basis. Majorly tweaked of course. Want to harden up some with the mass. I think…or know rich’s fallback was all the recreational drugs he was taking on top of the gear.
Loved his motivation it was simple… You either want it or you don’t. Dudes ask all kinds of questions and he answers…and as soon as they say but… He likes get TF out my face…RIP:muscle:
