Once we get everything together I will do a diligent log on my progress and diet and such. Love you all here @ UGM.

As soon as @PHD and his hot ass girlfriend put it all together. She is the nutritionist and he is the coach. They get as detailed as a grocery list so it is gonna make it supper easy for me. Can’t wait to acquire all the knowledge. It’s gonna be priceless!!!

So got my touchdown from @Omegaman today. Not sure if he wants me to post pics or not. And got my program from @PHD and his girlfriend. Man she is very detailed with nutrition all the way to the supplements for detox and organ health. She put together a grocery list for me and a very detailed meal plan. It consists of options for proteins carbs and healthy fats down to the oz. Takes all the work out of figuring my macros and such. She did a kick ass job brother!!! Same with phds workouts. Warm ups stretching cardio all of it. Very detailed along with links to see how to perform each exercise including tempo. I am very impressed. Week one is starting as a deload week so what I think I’m gonna do is go to the gym and use light weights and work on my form for all the different exercises he has for me. Work on getting that mind muscle connection. Here we go!!!
