September 15th Training and Grub

Appreciate you keeping this rolling!
3/4 cup of oats. 1 cup of whites. 3/4 cup of fairlife 2%. 2 tbsp of raisins.
Greek yogurt and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 12 triscutt. 2 pieces of toast with 2 tbsp of chunky PB.
Chicken salad wrap
6.5 oz of top round with a cup of jasmine rice
Protein shake with a half banana and some strawberries.
Training legs today
 
Got pork and rice today. Having a Pepsi to see if the caffeine helps headache I’ve not had any in two days if not I’ll think I somehow got it again
 
Venezuelan for dinner goig to check out car then hit shoulders if I’m feeling it.
 
Same ol shit for me today. On duty so no training just cardio. Pull focus tomorrow
