Thoughts or knowledge on pinning a muscle the day after it has been worked out. Does it slow growth ?mess up growth? Slow the healing ? Pinned left quad Friday… Right quad today… Had a good leg workout yesterday…
I’ve also pinned with no regard to recent training on muscles.
In USMC boot camp…they wore us out constantly and then gave us the legendary giant shot of peanut butter (super penicillin of some sort) in the butt cheek….then continued to roll.
This is a good question and I never personally thought about it but I do agree with above that injecting a muscle right before a workout should definitely help disperse the stuff. There are people that inject so much stuff they literally have to inject every muscle over the span of a few days and it doesn’t seem to impede there growth.
I’d say no. I’ve done a few short ester cycles where you pin daily. You try to avoid muscle you’ve worked out due to them being tense after a workout or sore during. But ultimately when your pinning that much your bound to just have to do it.
Yea i feel you on that…just doesnt feel the same i found out today…it wasnt a bad pin or more painful or anything like that… Call it bodybuilder intuition I guess…
I should of hit a different muscle group…it just feels different than the left quad now… Why expose it to trauma when you already got a good tear from decent workout i guess…
I’ve had some soreness in my quads the day after pinning a few times. Funny, I had bruising and irritation on legal test cyp, but since switching to an online source, no bruises or issues. I could be getting better at admin’g it!
I like to pin my delts preworkout, or most muscles before a workout except lats they always feel too tight. If ypu workout your lats the day after you pin they feel swole
Did lay the other day I used skin pin and not sure I’d do again maybe have somebody do it for me but then I’d have to find somebody and I don’t think I’m going to a ven try for a good while
