Shit, I’m guilty of number 10… I’ve deadlifted, squatted and even benched in jeans and a work shirt and boots… sometimes jeans gives that little extra spring out of the bottom, kinda like a denim squatter… hahaha
 
I agree. I love my home setup. I just do not have the range of equipment I need to modify when my back is acting up. I am building a belt squat setup, but the damn hamstrings I have a hard time finding something that I can do that doesn’t hurt. That and I do not have a full dumbbell setup, but usually I can work around those.
