A big thank-you to everyone who's helped our community grow and made it a place to discuss supplements, sports nutrition, bodybuilding, and fitness.
To celebrate this milestone, we're hosting a special AMA with competitive bodybuilder Reza, along with our biggest community giveaway yet, featuring five winners instead of our usual three!
Special AMA with Reza
Reza has been competing in bodybuilding since 2012, with more than 72 competitions behind him. His career includes winning the UK Muscle Championship in 2015 and multiple podium finishes in the IFBB Pro League, including third place at the Masters Olympia in Rome.
His journey hasn't been without challenges. After a serious ACL/MCL injury in 2019, Reza faced a difficult road back to competition. He's since returned to the stage and is working hard toward his next goals.
During the AMA, you'll have the chance to ask him about competitive bodybuilding, training, recovery, nutrition, and his journey back to the stage.
