Good afternoon all. Been a busy week.havent been to gym in over a week.we got some snow,and it's been cold,and getting colder,which makes me happy. I ate a big lunch,and im still grazing in my kitchen,going in the woods soon,and the cold is gonna keep my body active trying to stay warm,so like usual I will fit as many calories I can before going out.. in the last hour I consumed,
1 can of chic peas with soy sauce n cayenne pepper.
4 egg whites
A salad,it had chic,lettuce,bell pepper,celery,carrots,zesty Italian dressing
Protein shake with 1 raw egg
2 pieces of bread,yes just bread nothin on it
Strawberries which I'm still eating
And I will still be hungry as hell when I get back home.
