You got a license for those guns? Lol So what do y’all do to best workout your arms. Name some of your favorite exercises and amount of reps. Heavy weight? Light weight? What gets y’all the best pumps? Thanks.

Since
I power lift my go to for tris are heavy jm press. Bis I like to do medium weight on barbell curl. Start at 15 reps then only five minute rest inbetween sets and do that for 4 rounds. Def don’t finish at 15 reps on last set also I do heavy hammer curls using lat pull down pads as kind of brace to not allow Any momentum.

I sit on the incline bench table. One click away from up all the way. I use 20’poumd dumbbells and keeping back tight against the table/chair no cheats do 15 hammer curls both arms same time. Then do 15 twist curls both arms same time. Drop the weights pick up 25s. Do 20 hammer curls alternating arms so ten each arm. Then 20 twist curls alternating arms also ten each. The key is to isolate the movement by keeping back against the bench so no body movements. For triceps also high reps
Light weight. I like to to reverse tricep curls with cable machine. Then jump to skull crushers immediately so it’s like one set. Maybe 30 reverse curls and 20 skull crushers. For me I always get the best pump using higher reps and just enough weight that I almost fail to complete sets. Sometimes I do fail.

I saw a video of a bicep tear yesterday after posting this. Dude was doing curls over an isolation bench with heavy weight. It looked so painful!! I thought “That’s enough internet for the day.”

Drop sets with the rope pull down every tri day. I only do skull crushers with moderate weight now. My old elbows can’t handle it anymore. Same goes for biceps. I get a better pump with higher reps anyways.

Speaking of triceps kine are sore today shoulder is finally allowing to get the over head and behind the back action on muscle

I think I have a minor tear or something in the muscles that run from the bicep a quarter of the way down my forearm. It just feels right. Feels like it’s stretching when I fully extend.
