I would say first few weeks get back into the swing then when you are having one of them I don’t wanna go I’m tired I could just miss 1 day fire that shit up and watch that ass cheek go course that’s prob us old asses talking
My gym should be open on Monday so I will see how I like new work schedule with gym right away not sure if want to lift early morning after work or evening before work
