Yeah things are about to really start taking off. The gear is top notch. I highly recommend it. Will be pulling bloods around 6 week mark as well so everyone can see! Thanks for tuning in!
 
2 off days in a row. I’m dying to get back in the gym. Gonna smash legs tonight. Energy and drive is through the roof right now!

Time off voluntarily is a blessing, so enjoy it and crush it when you can. You don’t want to be taking time off involuntarily for some reason and be out too long. 2 days is a great little break and with your energy through the roof, you’ll slam that next workout like a boss.

yeah tuesdays and Wednesday are my designated off days. I don’t like having them back to back. But with my schedule right now it’s just what works best

Everything nice slow and controlled. 2-3 second negatives. Everything feeling good. Picking up momentum

adductors 4X12
Hip thrust 3X10
Hack squat 4X10 with dropset at end for fun
Leg curl 4X10
Leg press (one leg) 4X10
Seated calf raises 3X12
Lunges 3X20

Have a strong feeling tonight will be one of them nights I wake up in the middle of the night with a leg cramp 🤣

Well I can forsure recovery is getting better and pumps are a lot more intense. Felt like my chest was going to tear out of my skin during my workout. Reallly connecting on my workouts and focused. I figured we will start seeing some noticeable changes within next 2-3 weeks. Stay tuned 🫡

Solid pull day in the books. Gained a few reps here and there so that’s good! Worked all day today and was in an attic quite a bit so really wasn’t feeling it but got in there and busted ass anyways. Posing is still a work in progress as you can tell my lat spread is shit 🤣

Posing is a skill set onto itself brother. I am no bber… not even close so all I have is an opinion. I know a lot of guys hire a coach just for that.

Yes when the time comes I will hire a posing coach no doubt. I want to bring the complete package when I get on stage! Still got a while before that day comes though. Gotta grow!
 
Delts/ upper back ✅
Woke up down 1.5 lbs from yesterday even after the cheat meal so that’s a good sign! Made some decent progress on a few lifts as well despite droppng weight. Getting stronger and leaner is always the best route! Took coaches advice and redeemed myself on the lat spread pose. Still not the best but a lot better.

Awesome workout tonight! Felt a huge jump in strength and went up on all lifts across the board so we rolling!! Waking up leaner and leaner each day! Everything is feeling good especially knees so was able to comfortably add an extra 50 lbs on my hack squats I’m assuming it’s the npp helping the joints… only side effects I have right now is laying in bed wide awake or waking up in the middle of the night wide awake lol. Prolly get some melatonin to take care of that! Other than that we cooking!!🫡

Been layed up with food poisoning for the last few days went to urgent care today and got some meds to try to get back on track. Been a rough few days. Ready to get some food back in me and back in the gym!

First day back and damn it felt good! Destroyed legs and arms! Definitely felt a little weaker and Weight is down a few pounds which I figured it would be. Today is first day back to my normal diet. No more soups so should fill back up a little more I figure and get back to normal

Everything seems to be falling back in place. Still have a weird feeling in my stomach after some meals but it’s definitely gotten better. Starting tomorrow I’m going to go back to regular diet plan and see how it works out. I’m a bit watery from just trying to get calories from where I can. Will fall right back off though.
