I would like to roll through 65yo feeling/looking great with good labs to back it up.

Extra bonus… there’s a PL meet every November near me. Maybe just maybe compete in it. I skipped 2025 November due to terrible prep and lack of motivation.

On a long lean bulk until summer, possibly longer if fat stays low. Still entertaining the idea of doing a show but wouldn’t be until 2027, trying to put on a little more size before I jump down that avenue.

Don’t die, don’t get anyone pregnant… 🤣🤣. Jokes aside, just keep my life moving in an upward direction.. mentally im the best I’ve been in YEARS, after being in a very dark place for most of last year.. keep my training consistent and hopefully figure out how to prevent the inevitable and keep my joints healthy

Love to see this we are in same boat I think if I can be consistent for a year I may even consider competing to Jetta 2000. I said I would never blast again but I just won’t this year maybe never again but if I’m healthy and fealinggood with life that allows I may go for it next year
