Greek yogurt and an apple pre workout with whey and blueberries post. Have a mushroom omelette and tilapia and green beans. Chicken and almond butter before bed. Hitting legs this morning then got work. Hope everyone is doing well!

Decided to take 3 or 4 rest days (fri-Sunday) just feeling burnt out and fatigued coming back tomorrow after a couple days in a smaller surplus and less cardio without any training. Hoping legs will feel great tomorrow after a good nights rest basic foods today nothing fancy or weird.

Rest day today, got a 2lbs of 99/1 ground turkey with zucchini packed for my day at work. If I have time I’ll do cardio but working 7am-9pm today and may just eat and go to sleep. already looking forward to tomorrows leg day.
