    My current cycle and thoughts

    Always after for me. Makes the pumps feel more intense, but I don’t like going above 20 or 30 minutes of cardio after as supersetting my squats with my deadlifts often gets my heart to about 150bpm for 30 minutes or so anyways.

    Sure thing. I haven’t been running them for long but so far I’ve been pleased with the results and the only real side effects that I’ve noticed are suppression and elevated liver enzymes.

    Bloods back slightly freaked not understanding it all!

    LGD made my liver enzymes high whenever I cycle it. So that is quite possibly the cause. Time on = time off is key with them. If I cycle for 3 months, I go off for 3 months as well and usually my liver enzymes are back to normal by that point.

    From personal experience (I’ve ran an osta cycle, LGD cycle, and LGD+RAD cycle), sides are largely minimal. Osta is very light and great for keeping on mass while cutting. On LGD I put a solid 60 pounds on all my lifts within 3 months. Just started my LGD+RAD cycle so verdict isn’t out yet but...

    I’m way too tired in the mornings to give it a shot. Even on off days. Noonish is the earliest I’ll go. I love how empty the gym usually is around that time though. I get the whole place to myself. No waiting for the squat rack. Haha

    Whatever time you can stick to consistently. Just make sure you go consistently. I personally go after work because I have a shitty desk job and by the end of the day I’m itching to move.
