Hi all I have my bloods back and am slightly confused and a bit freaked but it might be what to expect I’m not sure currently 2nd week on cycle or test e 300 x 2 fri and Tuesday results are ( please any guidance appreciated! )

Free T 3.94 high off scale
Test 99.5 nmol
SHBG 7.81 low (looks very low on scale)😳
Free androgen index 1274.01
LDL Optimal
Non HDL 3.2 optimal
HDL 0.83 Low
Cholesterol 4.03 optimal
Triglycerides normal
Total cholesterol HDL ratio 4.86 abnormal
Liver
Alanine transferase 6.9 High
Albumin 43.5 normal

Is this to be expected it’s all very confusing and suggests within report fatty liver or liver disease. Should I just come off, feel fine but clearly that’s not an indication of liver issues… thanks anyone who can decipher these in some way or offer some guidance. Thanks.

Have you spoke to a doctor about the results? What compounds are you on? Is it just the test e?

Hi mate no just went through Thriva online postage as the Doc isn’t helpful here at all. I’ve currently just started taking test e 300m x 2 per week 2 pins so far and SARMS Rad 140 and LGD cycle 2 Working out regularly 4 x per week diet is solid is this a concern mate? I know my Dr will just go off at me cancel all health insurance etc. Have I got myself in some shit…

Could be the sarms that cause your liver count to be high and your lipid panel also I don’t know though honestly just an educated guess but I figure just like oral AAS they can put stress on the liver and kidneys.
Are you taking alot of dietary supplements?

Hi Big Murph no no supplements other than those protein shake and a bcaa drink that it mate maybe I’ll just come off the sarms?

I’m ok with the rest to be honest Having looked up SHBG just as it’s my first bloods was a little shocked to see as the test levels were to be expected given what I’m up to… maybe it is the orals impacting my liver. Maybe drop these and then test again I’ve got no T side effects other than training like a madman. Old man died of liver cancer probably didn’t help my reaction. I’ll drop the orals and flush my liver as best I can…I think… wish Drs in the UK would help with this ffs.

Sorry as an addition mate which other would be out of range would you have any ideas really want to be taking minimal amount for maximum benefit and health, seems a bit all over the place… thanks for the advice👍

Im just reading what you wrote above the sarms might not be it if this has anything to do with signs of cancer and it runs in the family you should get checked out for cancer.
I don’t know if it has anything to do with cancer but because you mentioned the family history I thought that you might even think that it could be that.
If you’re worried about your lipid panel numbers and cholesterol you should probably drop the orals it will help with those numbers but other numbers you would need to drop everything to get back in range.
I hope that I answered what you were asking about lol sorry I believe that is what you were asking
Let me know if I completely missed it lol

Hi Murph yeah that was what freaked me out but dad was a child of the 60s and went with some ladies of the night I suspect, and had dormant hep c which scarred his liver leading to cancer. Still no organ to be fucked with he was gone six weeks later. I’ve been checked a while back no hep thank god. I think I’m going to drop the SARMs and just go and be straight with the doc and ask if she’ll go off the record or say I bought them innocently online. And get properly tested and not mention the T as it’s been only a couple of weeks. Then if I do go stay on no orals at all. Thanks for your time mate I know it’s late should have stayed away from research chems all along. Stuck with the tried and tested.

I bet you the Sarms are the culprit , anytime you take anything Orally it can raise liver values. If you are that concerned I would try to find a decent dr that will help. Your body will thank you later down the road.

Thanks Swoldier! I’ve got the same feeling now I’ve stopped going nuts. Going to drop them as of now and see the doc my t results were as expected probably don’t need off the scale for my purposes just to lean out and build a bit. Fkn SARMS I’d be with you on that. May halve the test e to 150 x2 per week. Saw the results convinced myself death was imminent! Still going to get checked by the doc and say I bought sarms thinking they were just supps and get bloods done and support that way mate. Cheers for your help 100%

LGD made my liver enzymes high whenever I cycle it. So that is quite possibly the cause. Time on = time off is key with them. If I cycle for 3 months, I go off for 3 months as well and usually my liver enzymes are back to normal by that point.

Thanks mate I’ll sleep easier, learning more here than i did at school fkn hell think I might be suffering anxiety as a side too 😂

“generic algorithms for the evaluation of liver disease need to be considered skeptically”, This Caveat for all CLINICAL LAB VALUES has to be thought of when looking at the basics. For lack of a better term and time constraints Lab values and the statistical method of reaching “normals” do not ever provide info on function…even if some of the test names are not the best choices like “liver function tests” I should leave it at that but being somewhat of a “clinician” I can’t. There are always exceptions but most great 'ol docs and even some Nurses that have seen much, can tell more on the assessment and labs were just a tool or now safety net backing up their Diagnosis…plus many more reasons

There i go again…im very happy everyone is at least not sticking their head in the sand with their health. I have seen a lot of good come from taking AAS. 99% of the population still have “hidden, mostly treatable time bombs” that if someone decides to make changes to diet, start training and even take AAS too soon, the net has been overall much better than if they stay sedentary. I have seen guys " not follow the rules" and achieve results, and actually in the present have no ill effects. Then there are those whose physiques almost get worse, but they have seen a provider or blood work, asked questions on a great forum like we have and even with the worse genetics, find a happy medium, uncover a health issue that could of stayed hidden for twenty more years and in the end are better for doing AAS. There is risk reduction, somewhat of a proven blueprint, albeit “underground”, then hyper chondriatis or the more optimistic hyper viligence.
