I know I said I wouldn’t do it again, but did legs and shoulders fasted. Protein shake half chicken breast. Steel cut with walnuts. Skipped lunch, but at half a chicken with rice for dinner. Gonna chug a shake before bed.
I have nothing at home, and just not set up to build one right now. But I would much prefer a home gym. On lighter days I might like the gym just for people watching. It’s the only reason I have a membership at PF. So much fun to watch. Generally though, farting at home would be better.
After a couple days off to go to the cabin, back at it hard. chest/tri all superset no rest. 8oz sirloin, 2 hb egg, protein/egg white protein shake with 1 scoop bloom fruit veg. Craaazzzy pump today.
