October 13 edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good late morning all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,1 Syntha6 choc protein shake,3 HB eggs no yolk,peaches and a banana.I said fuck the gym today,but there’s free weights on the unit so will so some traps later in my room.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
No training today. Lot of crap around the yard needed to be done. Breakfast was waffles and egg whites. Protein shake with some fruit. Yogurt with a little granola. A bought a rotisserie chicken at lunch so I’ll eat half now in a sandwich and the other half later with mashed potatoes and veggies.
 
After a couple days off to go to the cabin, back at it hard. chest/tri all superset no rest. 8oz sirloin, 2 hb egg, protein/egg white protein shake with 1 scoop bloom fruit veg. Craaazzzy pump today.
