all sweet stuff… oreos etc. at least limit to 3 cookies.
Chips… limit to maybe 1 serving which is not much.
Potatoes… wifey makes great real mashed potatoes… small pile on plate.
Bread…less than 3 slices a week
Etc etc
I would like to roll through 65yo feeling/looking great with good labs to back it up.
Extra bonus… there’s a PL meet every November near me. Maybe just maybe compete in it. I skipped 2025 November due to terrible prep and lack of motivation.
I was never a bodybuilder. I levitated to the strength and conditioning side.
Favorite movements used to be squats for big legs and weighted pull ups for wide lats.
