    What kinda effect are you going for? I use caffeine as a stimulant and used to love halo pre workout. But that’s not for everyone and not practical for me now. I was also a fan of viagra or cialis as well. Used that more often.

    You’re correct. The concentration is at 5iu/ml with that so 40 units on slin syringe. Evening is what a lot of people do and more in line with body’s natural timing. I used to take in morning tho cause I felt better thru the day imo.
