Thank you guys!! Glad to be back! Shoulder still sore a bit but been back in gym last two weeks. Down 8 pounds. Sitting at 250lbs got my meal plans set for the next month gonna hopefully be leaned out by August. Couldn’t be happier to be back in the gym!!! Missed it so much. Just gotta get rid...
Was on here for a few years til a couple years ago. Had a bad car accident and had to step back for the last two years. But back at it after getting shoulder all healed up among other things!! Glad to be back 💪🏼
What’s up guys! Figured I got some free time and give you guys and update since I haven’t been on as much as I’d like since I’m busy with life but I’m still lifting. Sitting at about 200lbs feeling good and diets in check. Running 600mg test a week, mast 400mg a week. Hope all is well with everyone!
Been following vb about this as well and actually doing this. I’ll be getting bloods done soon for reassurance. and awhile back added telmisartan like @Neuro suggested awhile back :muscle:t3:
Hit upper body today started a program it’s a split and 30min of cardio . Breakfast was 40g whey protein, 80g special k red berries cereal and 100g mixed berries
Morning fellas! Egg whites for me then doctors. For bicep tendon. Went to a differnt doctor and he said it’s severely pissed off and not to lift or I could risk tearing it. Gave me steroids for inflammation. Said my other doctor was a joke for given me injections and telling me for the last year...
