Out of these three photos which were all taken at the same time, which would a judge learn towards more. Idk what I did on the last one. Lighting worse but those lats look wicked to me . Wider. Looks like my elbows are not facing inwards as much towards the gut. I seen some guys who do this and I can tell you this they're back would be a lot bigger if they didn't point their elbows so far inward. Lmk

#1 (top) you look wider. #3 (bottom) the right lat is not flared out. Same on #2 (middle) right lat is in.
Not everyone poses the same you have to make adjustments to show certain muscles better.

Thanks. When I usually pose, it looks like the one on the top. The third is a first and amazing the difference. Ive been practicing to achieve the third picture look since. And I've mentioned my right lat before in other posts. Shit I might of made a thread on it. Sometimes I can get it to pop.. it my dominant side so idk. Even my right calf is way smaller. Any advice?

It might be a back issue as in something to do with your nerves. Get re adjusted and some deep massage and tell them the problems you’re having this will help. And keep practicing your poses. Do light one arm pull downs and rows for that one side to get better mind muscle connection. Same with your lagging calf do various rep and set ranges for that one side.
