Hard to say based on the picture but they look crashed. Unfortunately it happens in the winter with even the best brewing.

I have a box of gear from Bulko, never had any issues and have been tested on it. It is the weekend, I have always had good service...give it a day.

Those just look crashed. Bring some water almost to a boil, take it off the heat, put the vials in a Ziploc and in the water for 5-10 minutes and it should redissolve.
