Hi all. No work it's pouring out.woke up at 0600,ate strawberries n had a Animal vanilla protein shake,then went and did chest,and tire flipped for 3, 5 minute intervals.
Breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,3 pieces of fancy toast,4 turkey sausage,bananna,water.
Lunch will be 12 oz flank steak,2 cups...
