I drink 3-6 cups of strong black coffee a day. Mostly half cups. I do not take any stimulants for pwo. Maybe a cup...

One… I just take the day off
Or
Two… Ive got an abbreviated template for everything whereas I just pump blood/fluids into muscles and joints. Get in get out nothing intense just a handful of fluff n buff movements.
